Lost Mailbox Permissions after running domainprep and forestprep

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I ran windows 2003 and exchange 2003, domainprep and forest prep. Now my
mailbox permissions seem to be missing. I am in the administrators and
domain admins groups and also an exchange full admin, but I can't seem to get
to all the users mailboxes any more. Am I missing something, did they change
my permissions some how and how do I get full control back?

I am still using win 2000 DCs and Exchange 2000, I put one win 2003 server
on my network and plan to install and move mailboxes to a new exchange 2003
server.
