E2K3 - E55 Migration: Delegate Access

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Two Exchange 5.5 SP4 servers in same site; two E2K3 servers installed into
same Organisation and Site / Administrative Group.

All mailboxes moved from E55 Server1 to E2K3 Server 1 and from E55 Server2
to E2K3 Server 2.

Everything went smoothly except for delegate access - i.e. where a secretary
had been given delegate access to her boss's Calendar this didn't work.
Examing the permissions on the boss's Calendar showed the secretary's
details. However, after the boss had logged into his moved mailbox for the
first time, and after waiting for several muinutes, his secretary was able
to access his Calendar. Its almost as if the moved mailbox needs to be
"initialised" by the primary AD account holder before other users can access
the mailbox. I can't find any documentation about this - any ideas?

Regards

Brendon
