I am very familiar with this type of setup, but I'm not exactly sure what you
are asking here. You can configure the PIX to be allow or deny any data sent
from any host on either side of the PIX. I currently have my Exchange box on
the inside interface and a SMTP relay on the DMZ to scan and filter the mail
appropriately. Please provide some more information on your configuration
and goals.
