RPC over HTTP Singel Server not DC

Hy !
i followed all the info for setting up PRC over HTTP on a single server
scenario, but my E2k3 is not a DC and cannot become that.
How can i make it work? when i try in lan OL2003 /rpcdiag it get the
connection but in tcp insead that http in the conn column. and when i try if
offline via dialup connection it's not able to get the connection at all.
the certificate is right, the web site is working well (i mena i tryed the
/rpc virtual dir getting the ruight error and withour certificate error
before)
all my GC (2 2k3 DC) have rpc proxy installed and all the registry
modification has been made on all the machines as requested form the single
server scenario installation.
Can someone help me?
