You can't get Internet users to send mail to the right MX record
because they don't know which server serves the relevant mailboxes.
You can set up two MX records, both at 10 or one at 10 and 20 so that
one server is available in case another Internet connection goes down.
What level of resiliency are you looking for or are you just after a
plain resilient route into your network and nothing else?
