You say to use a temporary server and introduce it as an NT4 BDC, promote it
to PDC, and upgrade it to 2003. one AD domain in mixed mode w/ E5.5 on BDC.
I'm with you up to there.
Then you say to introduce the new exchange server. My problem is I don't
have a new exchange server. I am going to use the old server. I only have the
current server (which I want to get on 2003 with Exch. 2003), and a temporary
server.
Once I upgrade the temporary server to 2003, I could just install exchange
2003 on that correct?
Then I simply move mailboxes and Public folders, remove the Exch5.5 server
and reload it with 2003 w/ Exch2003 and move everything back.
Is this correct?
