You most certainly can! If you are working in a single domain forest
enviroment, just make sure the account you are attempting to run the install
from is a member of "Enterprise Admins, Schema Admins, Domain Admins, and
Administrators". The best route to go is to actually use the main domain
admin account. I've ran into problems before when trying to run it with a
different account.
