We currently are working on a migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003.
We had to manually setup our ADC connections w/o the use of the Wizard.
When we enabled the replication all Resource Mailboxes were created with a
disabled user account, yet we had the Custom Attribute 10 set to NTDSNoMatch
via Resource Mailbox Wizard.

Anyone give me a clue as to why these resources would generate disabled
users in AD if we have the Custom Attribute set? Any other mailboxes that
have duplicates without the attribute set are set so that a disabled account
should be created.

I'm unsure why this all happened
