OWA login Screen

While logging in to OWA the screen I get doesn't resemble the screen that I
seen at this web site
http://www.msexchange.org/pages/article.asp?id=684
Instead of page that says Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, whihc allows
you to pick Client & Security. I just get one that shows connect to ip
address, user name & password boxes.
I don't have SSL enabled.
