Hi Ben, the more I snoop around, the less likely I think this will help
either... I am not getting quite the same error as they state "The delivery
of a message failed due to error FFFFFBFE". I moved another mailbox over
today, very small one about 4mb in size to the new box, his rejected smtp
mail as well... some are old employees, others are relatively new.

I can't peg what is different about some recipients over others. The mail
messages that do come in, I track via tracking centre and everything via
X400 looks great Transferred to Newserver from Oldserver by X400 etc. etc.

So why on earth would some recipients not work? I did check their
properties and their X400 address is exact same format as those that do
work. I am at a loss here and I think I may have to call PSS and fork over
some green backs to resolve this. My alternative is to keep track of which
boxes fail... then over a weekend move them ALL over to the new server and
then update the IP address so it reflects that of our MX so mail rolls
straight into it by passing any X400 connectors to <> from the old server.
My only problem is that two dorks have a mailbox that is about a gig in
size, and I don't know which ones fail until I move them and try :) I might
just save those 2 for last and assume they are failures (thank god for
handles) then move them with the rest of the guys.

The *only* thing that worries me about that method is I am still left
unknowning what plagued me initially and if it could potentially cause other
issues down the road.
