Item 3 in my first response deals with this, but not in much detail.

I believe I understand your issue now. You will need to:
-go to the server on which you have installed the ADC Service.
-Open the ADC service and, one at a time,
-get properties of each of your Connection Agreements.
-Select the Connections Tab
-Under "Windows Server Information" verify that you have a valid Domain
Controller populating this area.
-You may need to browse to repopulate credential information and enter a
valid password.
