The addresses still aren't showing up and i did increase the update times to
every half hour. What concerns me is that even after i made the suggested
registry changes (to force Outlook to read directly from the GAL), it still
doesn't work.

What are the risks involved in rebuilding the OAB? Can it be done during
the day? Will it cause any headaches for the end users?
