It will make very little difference if there are 2 users or 2000 users.
Forestprep is updating the schema on the schema master. Adding attributes,
classes etc to the schema is not dependent on how many users you have, it
will depend more on the processing power of the box. If your test
environment has similar hardware to production then assume the same amount
of time. Exchange not be affected (ie is still up) when Forestprep is being
run. I would pick a quiet time on the network to do it as the schema changes
will be copied to the other DC's and I would want this replication to be
complete before moving on with the install of Exchange 2003.
