Nothing is wrong with either, as far as I can tell.
The CD was created from an image that was downloaded from MSDN. The
actual label on the CD (under "Properties") is "NRMEFPP_EN". Is it
possible that Windows actually cares what the CD's label is, and that
the downloaded image uses an incorrect label?
