Need help removing 1st E2k Server

I have upgraded my org to Exchange 2003. Installed Win2003/Exchange 2003 on
a new box, followed the KB articles for Win2003, forest prep, domain prep,
installing/joining the Exchange 2003 box to existing org., moved mailboxes,
pub. folders, etc. All has gone well and was ready to remove the E2k
server, I tried uninstalling and got an error so I removed the server from
the organization in exchange on the 2003 box and then tried uninstalling E2k
but I am still getting an error and it won't let me uninstall exchange.

The error I am getting is:

Setup failed while Removing Active Directory objects for SMTP Service (error
0x80005000: An invalid ADSI pathname was passed.) .

Additional information:

DN = /dc=ORG/dc=JASERVER/cn=Configuration/cn=Services/cn=Microsoft
Exchange/cn=Junior Achievement/cn=Administrative
Groups/cn=/cn=Servers/cn=SOPHIE/cn=Protocols/cn=SMTP

An invalid ADSI pathname was passed.
