    Have you made sure that ALL browser windows are closed? I'm not 100% sure,
    but I thought that without Forms-based Auth, you had to close all browser
    instances, not just the one you are working in.

    The only other suggestion I could make is to turn on Forms-based
    authentication. There are actually more features that you gain by turning
    that on. One being that you can compress that data, which should result in
    less bandwidth required, and faster load times.
