Renaming Exchange 2003 organization name

Hi,
We have a Single Exchange 2003 Server on a Windows 2003
domain for the entire company.
We use veritas backup and do a full backup every night.

We are doing a disaster recovery testing and have a
seperate Windows 2003 forest apart from the
production domain.A trust exists between both the forest.

My question is
1.should the name of the test exchange organization be
same as the production one.

2.Is there a way to rename exchange organization.

3.Can I use the backup files got from production server to
the test exch server .
