but i already did all this (article 823265 and 832769 ). still i am facing
issues. both sharepoint and OWA are inaccessible.here is my earlier message
that would help you understand actually what happened ... (this is what i
posted AFTER reading both articles and acting upon them):

can you please help ? if i re-install exchange, will i have to reconfigure
mailboxes or what?
