We're still working on this issue with Microsoft. We've tried reinstalling
Exchange, IIS and SP1 to no effect. We've even forced Exchange to
completely rebuild the web. I think it may be a permission issue. Will
keep you posted.
If anyone has resolved this issue, *please* let me know!
