So i'm a little confused do you mean the Distribution Groups do exist in the
Active Directory already but they are security groups and not distribution
lists?
And you can't change them to Distribution lists? I can help you through if
this is the case, basically the problem is the Windows Domain is in mixed
mode and you need to be in at least Native Windows 2000 Mode to get
Universal Security Groups. It sounds like the groups are replcated but the
group type is wrong.
If you are saying you do not see any of the distribution lists from 5.5
directory in the Windows Active Directory Users and Computers (whether they
are Security or distribution lists) then this is a different problem
indicating the groups are not replicated at all. And need to look at what
is going on around ADC and your 5.5 directory.
Can you clarify what you are seeing.
