Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003 NEED HELP!

Hello,

I have installed Exchange 2003 and joined existing exchange5.5 org without
any errors, but cannot send emails from exchange2003 to exchange5.5 or visa
versa. Unable to send also to outside and receive from outside.
MX records are setup, everything seems in place, what am I missing?
