Hello,
Try this. (from Jeff Loucks)
1) Open IIS
2) Expand ServerName>Websites
3) Right click Exchange
4) Select Properties
5) Choose the 'Directory Security' tab
6) Under 'Authentication and access control' click 'Edit'
7) Default domain should be \ or specify another domain
as required.
