Error 0XC0070035 (53) While installing Exchange 2003

Hi.

I'm trying to installa Exchange 2003 but i'm receiving this error in log
file. Any idea what could be the problem? I've already follow the procedure
described in the Microsoft support page

Without success, any idea to start the troubleshooting.
