NDR from spam

Hi,
We are getting a lot of spam to mailboxes that do not exist on our system.
As a response, Exchange tries to send NDRs. Because sender's addresses are
bogus, we end up with hundreds of SMTP queues with undeliverable NDRs.
Should we be concerned about this and if so, how can we work around this
issue? Thanks for your input.
