Moving SAM for Exchange 5.5 move to SW2k

I am moving Exchange 5.5 w/ SP4 to Server 2000 from NT4.
I have ADC installed, but where do I put the SAM
database? When I search the new server I see there are
two SAM files (listed below), do I just take the SAM file
from the NT (winnt\system32\config) directory and place it
into the SW2k directories (the paths below)?

winnt\system32\config
winnt\repair

Do I need to move anyother files over?
