Hi Patrick,
This all depends on how what you are doing with that Server. If you
uninstalled the Server and removed it from the Org and it no longer shows in
AD then you can install it as if it were a new install and name it anything
you wish. But if you are just doing a reinstall it will use the same names
as before. If you have removed Exchange from the server but it still shows
in AD you will have to manually clean AD before doing anything.
