Our company experienced a similar problem, and after some investigation we
found that some of our newest PCs were set to NOT auto adjust for Daylight
Savings Time - changed that and everything worked OK: No more one-hour skew
when scheduling. But for those few days we had quite a few chaotic
discussions and delays on overlappping meetings.
