Exchange logs

I have Exchange 2003 installed on a server running Server
2000. The problem I have is the log files. The store.log
file and the exchange.log folders are in my C:\ partition
and I'm quickly running out of space on that partition.
In fact, I want to upgrade the OS to 2003 and I'm not sure
I'll have enough space. My store.log file is almost 2GB
and the exchange.log folder is 688MB.

Is there a way to relocate these files to a different
location? Is there a way to manage these files so that
they don't just continue to grow out of control?

Thank you.
