Is your AD populated with your NT accounts? How did you
do this? Did you bring over the "sID History"? You can
use ADMT for that, available by download.

You can't just move dbs (I assume your old domain is Ex
5.5?). Even if not, swapping out dbs isn't any method
I've heard of.

There is the Migration Wizard in E2k3, for a small shop it
may be what you want?

For PFs you can also use InterOrg Replication tool, I
think. Or PSTs.
