When you look at the 5.5 Administrator do you see your new E2k3 Server as a
member of the expected Exchange 5.5 Site?
The account that you used on the ADC User/Public Folder Connection
Agreements, is it at least a View Only Exchange Administrator? If not
then you'll need to delegate the account and re-replicate the ADC:
1 . delegate the account to be a view only Exchange Admin or higher through
Exchange 2003 ESM
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823018&Product=exch2003)
2. wait a little while (30 minutes or so for your environment).
3. Open the Exchange ADC Administrator program
4. For Each User CAs and go to the schedule tab, at the bottom you'll see
a check box "replicate the entire directory...". check this and hit OK.
This should cause the accounts to synch again correctly.
