Are you running Exchange 200X? If so, you can simply bring up the
properties of the storage group browse to the new location for Transaction
log location and then hit Apply. It will tell you that the stores in the
storage group will be dismounted. It will then dismount the stores and
move the files. Then at the end it will mount the stores.

So do remember that you users will experience downtime during the time of
the move.
