You can clear out the queues manually or wait til it takes effect. However,
if DNSreport said you were an open relay, authenticated relay isn't the
issue - what are the settings in your relay restrictions? If you have "only
the list below" and it's either empty or has only the appropriate internal
IPs in it, you aren't an open relay...try another test here?
