Shouldn't think Mark F will be awake for several hours so
will I do?
Right click on the recipient policy and say "apply now"
That will kickstart the procedure. Should only take a
minute or two to appear as addresses in AD. Might take
longer to appear in the actual GAL from the users
perspective.
Your other question. Create a Distribution Group and Mail
Enable it (right click on it and say Exchange Tasks..)
Add the four people to the group. You will probably need
to create a different email address for it as the default
will be based on the name you created. You can safely add
extra addresses. Leave the original one there and just
add the sales@ that you require.
