Error 0X8004FFFF while installing Exchange 2003

Hi guys,

I hope someone out there will be able to help me with this issue. We
are currently migrating our Exchange 2000 installation to Exchange
2003. The actual setup is 2 DC. 1 hosting windows 2000 with Exchange
2000 and 1 with windows 2003. We bought a new server on which I
installed Windows 2003 and hopefully Exchange 2003. I planned to then
move the mailboxes to the E2000 server to the E2003 one.

The problem arise when installing the Exchange Messaging and
Collaboration Services. I include the part of the log file where the
actual error is.
