Pointing your CAs to the SRS is best practice. So reconfiguring from 5.5 to
SRS is good after you get the first SRS server in a site.
You should have seperate 2-way User CAs and Public Folder CAs for each site
that you have.
When you ran the ADC were all the other sites connected to your test site?
If not after you connect your 5.5 sites to your test site and allow some
time for the 5.5 directory replication re-run the ADC tools again. The
tools should recognize the new sites and create the appropriate CAs for you.
Later after you install the first Exchange 2003 server into the site it is
recommended that you point the CAs towards the SRS.
