Hey Roger to answer your Questions

1) You can't switch to Native mode until you have removed all the 5.5
servers from everywhere in your organization. This may leave you with Admin
Groups or Sites with no 5.5 servers and an SRS, but until you have removed
all the 5.5 servers you should keep the individual Admin Groups in mixed
mode.

2) When you remove the last 5.5 server, you need to leave the SRS running in
the site. It will take over the duties of a 5.5 Directory for the site
until you are ready to go to native mode.

3) Yes you will need to maintain your ADC connection agreements for the
site, these agreements are still used to transfer information about the site
to other 5.5 servers in other sites.

4) You can change your Windows Mode to Native at any time that you have
removed all your Windows NT4 Domain Controllers from the domain. In Fact
this is recommended to be running windows native mode. Exchange 2000,
2003, or Exchange 5.5 have no dependencies on the Windows mode, so Native
mode is recommended.

4) You will need to migrate all your 5.5 servers to Exchange 2003 before
you can begin to go Native mode. It does take time to migrate forward but
you do need to wait until you have completed your migration before
implementing the Native Mode steps for Exchange.
