Again, the key is what is showing on the actual user accounts. Do you have
2 policies--one default and then one you have added? If so you may want to
make the external domain as primary on both. Keep in mind you will need to
reapply the policies to get them to actually change users that are already
stamped. Take one user you know is having the problem and check the Email
addresses on that user to make sure they get the change needed.

Ok, I have narrowed down my problem, Exchange 2003, i send
email to an external user and cc internal users, when the
external user replys all, he get undeliverable because it
has the interal address attached to it name@pti.local. In
my recepient policy i have my exteral address set as
primary. Here is the catch, receipient pilocy says %g%
s@pinestar.com, the users that have firstnamelastname as
email address attach correct external address no problem,
the users that had firstname or firstinitallastname attach
the local address. Can i add more @pinestar.com smtp lines
in the policy or can i just leave it  @pinestar.com, will
that cover everyone. Is this even the problem or am i going
in the wrong direction
