Again, the key is what is showing on the actual user accounts. Do you have
2 policies--one default and then one you have added? If so you may want to
make the external domain as primary on both. Keep in mind you will need to
reapply the policies to get them to actually change users that are already
stamped. Take one user you know is having the problem and check the Email
addresses on that user to make sure they get the change needed.

Ok, I have narrowed down my problem, Exchange 2003, i send email to an external user and cc internal users, when the external user replys all, he get undeliverable because it has the interal address attached to it name@pti.local. In my recepient policy i have my exteral address set as primary. Here is the catch, receipient pilocy says %g% s@pinestar.com, the users that have firstnamelastname as email address attach correct external address no problem, the users that had firstname or firstinitallastname attach the local address. Can i add more @pinestar.com smtp lines in the policy or can i just leave it @pinestar.com, will that cover everyone. Is this even the problem or am i going in the wrong direction thanks Steve >-----Original Message----- >Well the other piece to that is that the RUS is correctly stamping these >email addresses.
