Re: intermittent problem receiving email from specific company




This is more for troubleshooting on the senders side, but are they having issues sending to other domains? Are they using a Smarthost or Filtering Service? Are they Blacklisted? Are you using a Filtering Service or software, can you whitelist them to see if the issues is resolved?

We are having intermittent problems receiving messages from a specific company. I will refer to them as remotecompany.com. We receive a lot of mail from them and only every once in a while one will be returned with the error below. I am not sure why some messages would be coming through and not others. We are using Exchange 2003. Any help would be great.
