Re: Emails going to the wrong place

two places to look would be in AD on the Exchange General tab->Delivery
Options button to see if any "alternate recipients" have been set up. The
other place to look would be in Outlook to see if somehow they've delegated
their inbox to these "resources" and checked the box to send the email to
them. Start there and let me know if nothing turns up.
As far as rights go for admins of resources, unless they need to pretend to
be a resource when they send mail, they shouldn't need Send As or Receive As
rights, just Full Mailbox rights in the Exchange Advanced->Mailbox Rights
section.
