New Server Requirement

I am looking at moving from Lotus Notes/Domino to Exchange Server 2003. I
will buy a new server with W2K3. Right now I have ~100 users and would like
to have enough capacity for ~200+ users.
What specs should I have for the server:
Processor
RAM
HD
Will dual processor benefit me?
Can OWA run on thsi same server?
