    Hello,

    If you are planning on installing a new E2K3 server into the existing
    organziation, you can just use the Move Mailbox Wizard to accomplish the
    move.

    If the old E2K3 server was the first in the Administrative Group, follow the
    steps in the article below prior to decommissioning:

    If you just want to upgrade the hardware for the server that's running
    Exchange, you can bring up a new server with the same server name and move
    the Exchange data to it by following this article:
