Windows XP Pro SP1 (some apps are not SP2 compatable)
Windows 2000 domain with a GPO to set the Screen Saver
timeout. This is set to 90 minutes, 5400 seconds.

The problem is that some of the PC's are defaulting to 15
minutes, 900 seconds. At times the PC's do not refresh the
domain policy. Per a MS article I have used gpedit.msc to
change the local policy to 90 minutes.

We are still having the timeout revert to the default of
15 minutes.
