Thanks for that.

I have contacted our ISP to check the MX record for me, heard nothing yet.
We are not using reverse lookup so there is no PTR record in DNS.
I am not using a smart host.

All was working fine until our ADSL router died. It has now been replaced
by our ISP but the only thing we can not do is receive e-mails. Send them
and access Internet is fine.
