Help,
Could someone explain why some clients(a tiny minority) emails do not arrive
to the final destination (thats our mail server) and no Error message is
returned to the oringinal senders. We are all using exchanges systems. It
just seems like they are disappearing into a black hole. I have talked to
our clients IT people and they confirm that all messages have left their
system. I have checked our tracking system and there is no log of any of
these messages entering our system, but the sender and the and the email
administrator and recieving on NDR or any other type of error!
