Problem reply to e-mail

I am running Windows ME and IE 6.0. Whenever I try to reply to an e-mail or
forward it the e-mail will close. I can't reply to or foward any e-mails.

I can create new e-mails without any problems.

I do not have a problem on my XP machine using the same ISP.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this.
