I am receiving the message below in event viewer.

"A message could not be virus scanned - this operation
will be retried later. Internet Message ID
<6B909A01FBA732458FCEF70C0A141D2DD500@user-name.<domain>>,
Error Code 0x0. "

The fix requires an update from Microsoft according to
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 842801.

After reading the article I have to contact PSS for fix
which is chargeable. Does anyone has this fix or will I
have to contact PSS.
