Problem 1: When I try to search my UCEARCHIVE folder my explorer always crashes. How can I restore mail that was not SPAM or UCE ?

Problem 1: Since a week now some users are complaining that for some reason, they get more SPAM and UCE. Mails that got blocked in the past are getting trough now. What could be the cause ? Nothing was changed in the settings.
