Outlook 2003 Web Access

When I look at my Calendar in Outlook 2003 Web Access,
the times on my appointments are one hour ahead of the
actual times that were entered in my calendar originally.
I looked at the time zone setting the Web Access Outlook
and it is set to Central, where it should be.

Any ideas?
