how can i view emails queued on a secondary mail server

dear all ,

i have a primary mail serverhosted in the company on ip frequently goes down by my isp
i have a secondary mail server placed direct on my isp
when my primary mail server is down i can't view any mails on the secondary server , until my primary server is up
how can i view the mails queued in the seconadry mail server ?
