Hi - Exchange 5.5 doesn't block attachments to begin with...perhaps you're
running third party antivirus software or something else? Outlook, on the
other hand, may well be blocking attachments if you have the security
updates....what's your ultimate desired goal, and where are you seeing the
errors/symptoms if any?
